Are my files safe?
Most tools process files entirely in your browser, so they never leave your device. Where server processing is needed, files are deleted automatically after processing.
Do I need an account?
No account is needed for most tools. Creating a free account unlocks saved history, favourites, and a few advanced tools.
I can't log in / forgot my password
Use the "Forgot password" link on the login page to reset it via email. Still stuck? Reach us through Feedback.
How do I track my feedback ticket?
Enter your ticket number (format ASMC-XXXXXX) on the tracking page, or use the Track box in the homepage header.
A tool isn't working — what do I do?
Try refreshing the page or a different browser first. If it persists, report it via Feedback with the tool name and what happened — we fix issues fast.
